✅ Replacement Eligibility
Replacement is only available if the product is physically damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
A clear unboxing video (showing the parcel being opened from the start) is mandatory to claim a replacement.
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

3. No cash refund will be provided for damaged items — only replacement will be issued.
