Return Policy

We maintain a No Return Policy for all products.

However, we do provide a replacement if the item is received in a damaged condition.


✅ Replacement Eligibility


Replacement is only available if the product is physically damaged or defective at the time of delivery.


A clear unboxing video (showing the parcel being opened from the start) is mandatory to claim a replacement.


The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

1. Send the unboxing video, order details, and description of the issue to our support team.



2. Once verified, a replacement of the same item will be dispatched at no extra cost.



3. No cash refund will be provided for damaged items — only replacement will be issued.
