Cancellation Policy

🕒 For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched.

Once the order has been dispatched from our store or warehouse, it cannot be canceled.

If you refuse to accept a dispatched COD order at the time of delivery, you may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

💳 For Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders can also be canceled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.

If canceled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
